Coordinate generation, grid, loads and storage
For parks, commercial and industrial facilities and microgrids, Massivene uses edge access and coordinated control equipment to connect distributed renewables, the public grid or point of common coupling, load-side equipment, energy storage and LV distribution equipment. Its Energy Management System provides central monitoring, analysis, strategy management and coordinated control for generation, grid, loads and storage, improving coordinated energy operation and supply reliability.
Distributed renewables, storage, loads and distribution equipment use different interfaces and communications. Data remains fragmented and cannot form a unified operating view.
Renewable output, load demand and storage status change continuously. Without common data and coordination mechanisms, energy supply and demand are difficult to match.
Devices and systems operate independently, with strategy settings, status feedback and control commands spread across systems. Unified management and coordinated control are difficult.
For source-grid-load-storage and microgrid projects, Massivene brings distributed renewables such as PV, the public grid or point of common coupling, commercial and industrial and critical loads, storage and LV distribution equipment into one energy management system for centralised access and data aggregation.
Field devices connect to edge access and coordinated control equipment through CAN, Ethernet or RS-485 for protocol access, data aggregation, edge computing, strategy execution and local interlocking. Ethernet or 4G then connects the site to the Massivene Energy Management System for data upload, alarm reporting, command delivery, parameter configuration and remote coordination.
The Massivene Energy Management System presents and analyses source-grid-load-storage data centrally. It provides operating monitoring, strategy management, alarms and equipment O&M, and configures strategies and coordinated controls according to project needs and field-device capabilities to support coordinated operation and power balance.
The Massivene Energy Management System unifies operating data, status information and control capabilities across devices and systems, forming an integrated energy management workflow from field access and monitoring to analysis, strategy management and coordinated control for parks, factories and microgrids.
For LV distribution circuits, the smart configuration can match new-build and existing equipment. New or directly upgraded circuits can use Massivene Smart MCCBs with protection, measurement, status sensing and control. Existing conventional switches can be upgraded with external Massivene Smart Line Terminal Units while remaining in service.
For factories, industrial parks and commercial parks, connect distributed renewables, the public grid, commercial and industrial loads, storage and LV distribution equipment for central monitoring, strategy management and coordinated operation.
For coordinated PV, storage and EV charging, aggregate generation, storage, charging and distribution data and provide the operating view needed for strategy setting, energy coordination and control.
For production equipment, critical facilities and load circuits that require high supply continuity, coordinate the public grid, distributed renewables and storage to strengthen critical-circuit monitoring, protection and supply management.
