Smart MCCB integrating LV sensing, protection and communications for digital distribution networks
The Massivene integrated-sensing Smart MCCB is designed for next-generation power systems and digital LV distribution. It combines circuit protection, electrical measurement, status sensing and data communications in one device, upgrading the conventional LV switch from a single protection component to an intelligent end device that supports status visibility, fault protection and digital O&M.
Provides three-stage overcurrent protection: long-time overload, short-time short-circuit and instantaneous short-circuit protection. Optional thermal-magnetic backup, phase-loss, neutral-loss, overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature protection improves circuit protection and upstream/downstream coordination.
Collects voltage, current, power, energy, temperature and breaker status data, and provides energy, load, outage and operating statistics for circuit monitoring, fault assessment and O&M analysis.
Monitors harmonics, three-phase unbalance, voltage fluctuation, voltage sag, interruption and swell, providing a more complete data foundation for LV distribution condition analysis.
Supports RS-485, HPLC and Bluetooth. RS-485 supports Modbus and DL/T 645 and works with smart gateways and upper-layer systems to upload operating data, status and alarms.
